And to answer the question; I don’t think you’re needy nor creepy. All girls(even guys) crave attention from the girl/guy they like. There’s nothing wrong with that :)
Well, the easiest thing to do is to give him subtle hints that you have a crush on him, I assume you already do that so if he’s not responding to your flirting then try to make them more subtle and bigger hints. :)
